Salmonella – What Really Happens in Your Body?

A Holistic Perspective on Salmonella

One of the most common bacteria that can quietly cause problems in your body is salmonella.

Through biophoton therapy, I am able to measure and treat the body. Based on my training in biophoton therapy with Johan Boswinkel, as well as my own experience and the experiences of my clients, I can share the following.

Salmonella is essentially a form of food poisoning and causes inflammation in the body. You can ingest this bacterium through foods such as eggs, chicken (cooked or undercooked), salmon, shellfish, and milk.

There are several ways your body can respond to salmonella:

1. Your body clears it immediately

Your immune system responds right away and eliminates the bacteria without you noticing.

2. You experience clear symptoms

You may develop symptoms such as diarrhea, abdominal pain, cramps, nausea, and sometimes fever. Your defense system is activated, and your immune system works to remove the bacteria from your body as quickly as possible. This is a healthy response.

3. You have vague symptoms

You may experience mild symptoms such as slight stomach pain, nausea, or a flu-like feeling. You might also have discomfort in your neck, joints, headaches, or even mild cold-like symptoms. The symptoms are not severe, so you continue with your daily activities.

Meanwhile, the bacteria may have settled in your system.

4. Your body barely reacts

The bacteria enter your body, but your immune system does not respond properly. You don’t really get sick, and your body seems unaware that something is wrong. The bacteria may remain present in your body.

Unfortunately, situations 3 and 4 are the most common.

What happens if you don’t know you have salmonella?

If you are unaware that salmonella is present in your body, your immune system can gradually become weaker. Your gut may also weaken, leading to more digestive issues. In addition, you may feel more tired and experience a general sense of weakness.

You may notice that you catch colds more often. Other symptoms, such as headaches, can also develop, along with many vague complaints that are not always easy to identify.

Allergies also play an important role in this. They can develop as a result, potentially becoming the first step toward sensitivities to certain foods.

What can you do to prevent salmonella?

It’s actually quite simple: pay close attention to where you buy your food. Avoid buying meat or chicken from the supermarket and instead choose a good butcher. Opt for organic eggs and be cautious when eating salmon. Babettelast.com
